		<description>You could hire Kim Cofino. She&#039;s the 21st Century Literacy Specialist at International School Bangkok. She flew down to Singapore for the Teach IT day some of the international schools held.  She also flew to Doha to provide PD to the staff there.

One of the things she learned was that teachers seemed more receptive to her message because she was brought in from the outside.
