I am not interested in blogs

In the midst of organising the first ever blogging competition for my school, I received a couple of emails from pupils.

“I’m not interested in blogs.”

“How to vote?”

Can anyone shed some light on success stories of school blogging competitions? I am feeling a little lost here.
