MOE ExCEL Fest

MOE ExCEL Fest first began as a WITs (Work Improvement Teams) Day in 1997 for MOE staff to celebrate the spirit of continuous improvement. In 2001, the event was renamed MOE ExCEL Day to reflect the focus of the Innovation and Enterprise (I&E) spirit in our schools and people.

The event later grew to a festival known as MOE ExCEL Fest in 2005, as it is known today. In the same year, we invited parents and the public to join in the event for the first time.

The MOE ExCEL Fest today is a much anticipated event and visitorship has grown tremendously over the years.
